教学实习中,总的来说,我能认真备课,所设计的教案及课件规范,内容准确。课堂教学中,教学效果好,教学内容能当堂消化、巩固。教学语言表达清楚、流畅,课外辅导耐心细致,对不同程度的学生都能区别情况,因材施教,答疑解惑正确而有启发性,批改作业仔细正确。一名优秀的教师除了要有强烈的责任感,扎实的基本功,更应是一名很好的课堂组织者。对于英语初学者来说,老师如何组织课堂教学,调动课堂气氛,使学生对英语产生兴趣就显得尤为重要。记得有一次学生们朗读课文,个个都像蔫了的白菜,有气无力。这时我就问他们有没有听说过疯狂英语,见他们好奇的表情,我就讲了讲什么是疯狂英语,以及李阳的一些英语学习方法,比如三最口腔肌肉练习法。最后我鼓励他们用疯狂英语的方法来朗读课文,没想到学生们一下子来了精神头儿,嘴也张开了,声音也大了。一堂课下来,觉得自己好有成就感,第一次体会到了作为一名老师的满足与快乐。在以后的教学中,我就不断运用多种灵活多变的教学方法,比如游戏,比赛,鼓励,幽默等都取得了不错的效果,从中我深深体会到老师的满足与自豪。

一年的见习期即将结束。在这一年里,在各位领导和老师的热心支持和帮助下,我认真做好班主任和英语教学工作,积极完成学校布置的各项任务。下面我把本年度的教师工作做如下鉴定。
一、师德表现
平时积极参加全校教职工大会,认真学习学校下达的上级文件,关心国内外大事,注重政治理论的学习,同时配合组里搞好教研活动。每周按时参加升旗仪式,从不缺勤。服从安排,人际关系融洽。另一方面,教师的言行,学生极易照样接受,很少去鉴别,因而,我本着要对学生的一生负责,认识到必须要正视自己的言行。以身作则,才能为人师表。要求学生做到的,自己必须先做到。如果言行脱节,说做不一,或者是要求学生这样做,自己却那样做,只能引起学生反感,造成恶劣影响。我坚信拥有健康的人格品位,才能在学生中树立威信、得到敬重,起到榜样作用。
二、班主任工作
学校领导出于对我的磨炼与培养,让我一个刚毕业的学生一进校就做五年级的班主任。通过向其他优秀班主任的学习,我认识到教育上单方面的严和爱都是不行的。班主任最主要的是要找到严和爱的切合点。
在工作中注意:
1。制定切实有效的班规,培养班委自主管理的能力。鼓励干部大胆工作,指点他们工作方法的同时,要更严格要求干部个人在知识、能力上取得更大进步,在纪律上以身作则,力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用。
2。充分利用课间谈话和班会课。抓住和学生们沟通的时间,了解班级情况和学生们的心理状态,有的放矢的进行教育和解决问题。或讲座、或讨论、或给他们讲充满人生哲理的故事的班会课是我对学生进行思想道德建设的有效阵地。
3。关怀后进生、行为偏差生。后进生、行为偏差生是有着强大的自卑感难教育的一批。对此,我拿出了极大的耐心,通过家访和谈话等形式逐步使他们有所转变。现在我班已经逐步向着一个既有着严格的制度,又充满团结向上风气的集体靠拢。班主任工作精心而又繁琐,是在广阔的心灵世界中播种耕耘的职业,在今后的教育生涯中,我将用我的青春继续耕耘这片园地。
