在看完国配版之后我真心的怀疑这片子国配的必要性，影片涉及的很多内容和所讨论的话题深度已经完全不适合小孩子了，种族歧视，官员腐败，你可能会想到国内的反腐，国外的难民，去年的平权运动，今年的奥斯卡黑人事件，也许还可能是川普大选或者ISIS，无论你觉得影射了什么，都不重要，重要的是这体现了这个片子对现实世界的映射具有足够的包容性。
我一直在想，这样一部看似很完美的电影，为什么没有给我像瓦力那样的震撼。论主题深度疯狂动物城似乎比瓦力的环保更具有深度，它更像当前世界的动画写照，而不是相对假大空一些的人类要环保。我想大概是因为瓦力里面除了环保还套了一个感人至深的爱情故事。我认为皮克斯在做瓦力的时候对于影片深度和合家欢方面相对均衡，环保和爱情的比例相差不多，而迪士尼这次似乎走了另外一个极端，一反之前超能陆战队冰雪奇缘这类纯娱乐的常态，更多的想要表现影片的现实意义，于是在合家欢方面，似乎给人一种没有太花什么心思的错觉。影片前半段是小兔子的追梦历程，后半段是个和唐人街探案差不多的走马灯式的真探冒险故事，就从一个探案故事来说，要在其中不突兀的穿插笑点和泪点已并非易事，要求它瓦力一样感人肺腑的确是强人所难，这个故事先天就不是往这个方向走的路子。稍微客观一点的话，疯狂动物城和瓦力的可比性没有很大。
而我之所以会提及瓦力，也着实是因为疯狂动物城极其出色的质量，让我开始问自己它能否成为取代瓦力的位置，成为我心中的最佳动画。尽管疯狂动物城在我心中恐怕还无法取代瓦力的位置，但这不妨碍客观上疯狂动物城是一部非常非常优秀的动画，只是作为普通观众，我不能像影评家一样客观，请原谅我不能给它打5星
