My name is Lily and I am a student in the 8th grade. I am very excited to have the opportunity to introduce myself to all of you today.
First of all, let me tell you a little bit about my background. I was born and raised in a small town in China. I come from a family of four, including my parents, my younger brother, and myself. My parents are both teachers, so education has always been an important part of my life.
In terms of my personality, I would describe myself as a friendly and outgoing person. I love making new friends and getting to know people from different backgrounds. I am also a very determined and hardworking individual. When I set a goal for myself, I always strive to achieve it to the best of my abilities.
Academically, I am a strong student. I consistently perform well in all of my subjects, but my favorite subject is English. I find it fascinating to learn about different cultures and communicate with people from all around the world. I have been studying English since I was in kindergarten, and I have always received high marks in this subject.
Outside of school, I have a variety of hobbies and interests. I enjoy playing the piano and have been taking lessons for the past five years. Music is a big part of my life and it helps me relax and express myself. I also love reading books, especially novels and mystery stories. Reading allows me to escape into different worlds and broaden my imagination.
In terms of my future plans, I have always dreamed of becoming a doctor. I am fascinated by the human body and I want to help people live healthier and happier lives. I know that becoming a doctor requires a lot of hard work and dedication, but I am willing to put in the effort to achieve my goals.
