Today, I went to see the dentist for the first time in my life. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist because I thought it would be painful and scary. However, my toothache became so unbearable that I had no choice but to make an appointment.
When I arrived at the dentist's office, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who asked me to fill out some forms. After that, I was called into the examination room by a dental assistant. She took some X-rays of my teeth and asked me a few questions about my oral hygiene habits.
Then, the dentist came in and introduced himself. He examined my teeth and explained that I had a cavity that needed to be filled. I was nervous, but he assured me that he would do his best to make the experience as painless as possible. He explained the procedure to me and answered all of my questions patiently.
The dentist started by numbing my gums with a local anesthetic. I didn't feel any pain, just a little pressure. Then, he used a drill to remove the decayed part of my tooth. It was a strange sensation, but it didn't hurt at all. After that, he filled the cavity with a tooth-colored filling and shaped it to match the rest of my tooth.
The entire process took about 30 minutes. I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. The dentist gave me some instructions on how to take care of my teeth after the procedure and scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure everything was healing properly.
I left the dentist's office feeling relieved and grateful. My fear of going to the dentist was completely unfounded. The dentist and his staff were professional, caring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I realized that taking care of my oral health is important and that regular dental check-ups are necessary.
From now on, I won't hesitate to go to the dentist when I have a toothache or need a check-up. I have learned that going to the dentist is not something to be afraid of, but rather a way to ensure that my teeth and gums stay healthy.

Since I was very small, I like to eat all kinds of candy. My parents always tell me that eating too much candy will do harm to my health, but I never listen to them, because nothing happens to me. But last week, I felt something wrong with my teeth. At first, I did not feel like eating anything, my teeth ached. Then my parents told me to see the dentist, I was so afraid, I knew what the doctor would do to me. Going to see the dentist was a disaster, my tooth was broken and needed to take out, it really hurt me.
Since then, I learn that eating too much candy need to pay the price.
