今天下午第一节英语课，王老师拿一沓试卷走进了教室，我和班上的同学们一起发出了一声长长的“啊”，正当兴叹之际，耳边不知是谁说了一句救世主一般的话：“练习册Unit2的B部分还没讲呢！”一听这话，老师马上做出了选择——讲练习册，并且下周一考试。
嗬！这不说不要紧，一说同学们全部都让自己的脸来了个180度大转弯，刚刚还乌云密布的脸上顿时满面春风！放眼望去，有人激动地在那手舞足蹈；有人较淡定地以手掩嘴偷笑，还有人那个激动劲儿就别提了，让我认为如果再告诉他们“今天作业减一项”就能让他们飞上天去。
我内心自然也“浮躁”起来了，但根据以往的经验，如果我们这么骚动，老师一下子就能让我们“刀八扣”（死翘翘）。我拼命压制自己，无奈同学们仍无法淡定。
好在老师没有追究，一会儿，老师的一句话又让我们的小心脏陡然缩紧：“如果考试，周末不就没有作业了吗！“同学们一个个头摇得像波浪鼓，手摆得似不倒翁。半响，老师脸上浮现出了一抹”邪恶“的笑容：”那把试卷当作业做如何？“我们又是一阵窃喜，迎来的是老师送我们的一个单词”No Way(没门)“。
真的是一波三折啊！最终，这一次关于考试时间的风波以确定在下周一为结果落下帷幕。

11月11日到了。这是一个星期六的上午，虽然天气有点冷，但我心里可是火辣辣的，因为今天是英语考试，我正在紧张地复习。
我正在学灵通四册，这可比一、二、三册难得多。老师要求每课后面的故事都要会背，还要会把这一课的内容用英语概况意思。
开始上课了，老师发了试卷，我把试卷认真地看了一遍才做。前几道题做得很顺利，可是没想到试卷上的最后一道题竟让我们用英语字母写一个比喻句，我苦思冥想，一看这题都五分呀！这么多的分数不能错。于是我先镇静一会儿，突然我眼前一亮，想到了答案，再抬头一看，其他同学还在低头写，哈哈！一下子，我那高兴劲来了，我挺直腰板，把手举得老高，在同学们中，我脱颖而出，老师问怎么啦！我大声回答：“写完了！”同学们都望着我哈哈大笑，老师又说：“才写完。”我想：他们还没写完呢还说我。这时，我仔细一看同学的卷子，什么，都已经写到第二张试卷了，顿时我六神无主，真想变成虫子，找一个地方钻下去。于是我赶紧拿第二张试卷做。第二张卷子简单，不一会儿，我就做完了，看看他们还在做，我想：这回我可比你们快。我沾沾自喜，把试卷交了上去。这时同学们又望着我，我慌了神，会不会还有第三张？但这时我又感觉有一钟不同寻常的滋味，原来同学们都觉得我太厉害了，都羡慕地不得了。这时我特别地自豪。下课了，同学们都夸我神速，我高兴地不得了。
这真是一个不同寻常的考试啊！

在我的成长中，经历过了许多事情，唯有一件事，让我难忘已久。
那是在一个风和日丽的星期六。我到学校里参加全国小学生英语决赛。在出门前，我仔细地检查老师要求我们带的水彩笔、铅笔，圆珠笔和准考证。
来到了学校，我找好班级并且按老师的安排找好位置坐了下来。在考试前，我把笔和准考证放在桌面，并仔细地回忆老师前一段时间给我们所讲的内容。
发试卷了，我拿着试卷，数了一数，哇噻！总共有12页，这么多呀！于是，我怀着一颗怦怦的心认真地答起卷来。做完听力部分后，我觉得这份卷还挺容易的嘛！于是，我在心里暗暗地鼓励自己快速地写完。差不多写完了，题还挺简单的，可是当我写到一道智力测试题时，便愣住了：这道题好像在考试复习前老师给我们温习过的，可我就是记不起来，真糟糕！我便努力地回想着老师考试前给我们讲过的内容。“哦”我想起来了。我便把我想到的答案写上去。答完试卷后，我便认认真真的把试卷给检查了一遍。
要收试卷了，老师把一张张试卷收起来。我在回想着刚才答卷的情景，真是“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”啊！
过了一两个星期后，成绩终于出来了。我很荣幸获得了三等奖，虽然我比不上一二等奖的同学，但是，我已经心满意足了。因为我已经尽力去做了。
是的，“不经风雨，怎见彩虹”呢？

对于这次英语考试，我并不是很满意我自己，在语、数、英这三科主课中，我英语算是最好的，但这次只考了85.5分，在语、数、英三科成绩中占居第二。我一开始还很有信心拿90分的好成绩，但考好之后，我就有点慌了——我有一种不祥的预感：这次准考不好。结果我的感应“显灵”了——90分都不到。
拿到试卷后，我大略地看了一下我的试卷，扣分主要扣在听力、基础和阅读。听力好像扣了4、5分（忘了扣了几分了），基础扣了5分，阅读扣了……（貌似是在3到5分之间）。
我这次听力之所以扣了这么多分，我想有两个原因：一是因为喇叭出了问题，声音很轻，听不清楚；二是因为我没有仔细地听，有一道题就是因为没听出应该是填什么单词，所以导致白白扣了1分。
我的基础题么，扣的也是比较厉害的，有一道题我把“exhibition”拼成了“excibition”，使得我又白白扣了1分，看到我这拼错的单词时，我感觉好压抑：起初我为什么不好好背单词呢？这样就不会扣分了。
阅读题我感觉有一点点的难度，对于在外面补过课的同学来说那是“小菜一碟”。至今我的英语成绩70%的几率比那些补过课的同学高，所以我并没有怨恨我当初为什么没上补习班，而且我也不想上，逼迫一个人去干他（她）不想做的一件事又没有任何意义，搞得父母忧心忡忡，又搞得自己闷闷不乐，不仅累着自己，还累着父母（话是这么说，不过我也得在阅读上下下功夫了，不然我的成绩要像“乘电梯”一样滑下来了，呵呵）。
通过这次检查、认识自己的错误后，我在学习上有了一定的目标，以后我要更加努力地学习！我相信经过我半年的努力，期末考试一定能取得好成绩！
