糖人的原材料就是糖稀,你们知道糖稀又是怎么做的吗?是先准备一百克的白砂糖,再准备比白砂糖多一倍的水,也就是二百克,然后把白砂糖和水一起倒入锅里加热,用勺子一直搅拌,直到没有颗粒为止,变成粘稠状即可。最后把它放入碟子里冷却才可食用。
糖人可以做成千姿百态,主要靠吹和捏,只要技艺高超,想要什么就做成什么样的。
吹糖人技艺是在六百多年前传到现在的,吹糖人的祖师爷是刘伯温,现在到北方地区应该能看到很多人卖这个的。以前就是在爷爷奶奶这一代,就有特别多的人卖这个,靠这个养家。因为当时和现在不同,以前非常穷,没有钱,一般只会做这个。现在也有卖的,但是现在卖的非常贵,也许是“物以稀为贵”吧!
