据教育部相关就业部门统计,今年全国普通高校毕业生人数达到699万人,比2012年增加19万人,高校毕业生就业形势更加复杂严峻,工作任务更加艰巨繁重。毫无疑问,高职高专商务英语专业的毕业生人数也在增加,如何破解这一难题,至关重要,本人从商务英语内涵建设的角度出发,以任教的学生为例,探讨高职高专商务英语毕业生就业存在的问题及相应对策。

一、高职高专商务英语专业毕业生就业难主要问题表现在

(一)高等学校在职业教育方面存在着一些突出问题

在高职高专商务英语专业教育教学上,学生实际能力问题的培养方面不够重视,导致应试教学的倾向。学校人才培养的方向和市场对商务英语人才的需求脱节,这对高职商务英语专业毕业生的就业产生极大的影响。

(二)高职院校在商务英语专业的课程设置中存在的问题

高职院校在商务英语专业的课程设置中过多的强调理论知识,而理论实践课的安排的非常少,类似于情景模块实训,和进出口操作的课程比较少,在课程设置中过少的强调学生的实际动手能力,这就要求高职高专商务英语教学应在“实用”上下功夫。这些课程体现在课程设置上就是针对学生的实际,突出重点,以就业为目的。然而,高职院校国际商务专业在课程设置中并未充分体现这些要求。

(三)教师自身能力也存在一定的问题

主要表现在实训教学能力欠缺,具有实践经验的师资严重不足,特别是双师型教师严重匮乏。

二、根据高职高专商务英语专业毕业生就业问题分析,结合学校的实际,学生的需要和劳动力市场需求的前景特提出如下对策建议

(一)创新培养模式,提升内涵建设,合理推进课程设置,紧跟社会需求步伐

目前高职高专商务英语专业人才培养计划所培养的学生由于只具备单一的语言技能,这和企业对外贸人才的需求是不一致的。企业对商务英语人才的要求是多方面,不但会英语,还要具备很强的综合素质,因此,高校应该创新英语专业人才培养模式,努力培养复合型人才,满足用人单位的需求。如今企业等用人单位对高职商务英语专业的学生能力的要求越来越倾向于学生的综合能力和职业能力,这些能力包括吃苦耐劳 、工作责任心等良好的个人素质;良好的语言表达和沟通能力 、亲和力与感染力 、团队合作精神等社交能力 ;敏锐的洞察力和应变能力等分析问题的能力 :创新能力:服务意识 、组织协调能力等。 随着我国对外开放力度的不断加大,社会对既熟悉商务英语又熟练掌握对外贸易的复合型人才的需求越来越大。这些对高职高专商务英语专业学生培养模式创新提出了挑战,要求高职高专院校创新商务英语人才培养模式,只要这样,学校的人才培养模式才能更得上时代的步伐。

(二)提升教师的教学执行力,使教师在教学中要坚持以人为本,以生为本,以就业为导向,明确教学目标

作为高职高专院校商务英语专业教师,要转变观念,在学习专业理论知识的同时,要提高自身的综合素质,按照双师型教师的标准来严格要求自己,从教学能力 、专业实践能力应用能力 、学习能力及实习、创业指导能力等几个方面来提升自己的双师素质,同时学校和系部领导也要给商务英语专业教师创造条件,到企业和校外进修学习。而就学生和学校而言,高职院校商务英语专业的人才培养目标是让商务英语专业的学生具有较扎实的专业知识和技能,不但具有较好的外语听说读写译能力,而且能熟练使用高级办公软件高效办公,能够胜任国际贸易进出口工作的应用型、复合型专业人才。总之,我们的任务是为国家和社会培养出一批又一批商务英语专业人才。

总而言之,市场经济条件下,中国的经济迅猛发展,高职院校商务英语专业毕业生就业工作还有许多需要积极探索和实践的地方,只要不断总结经验,学习借鉴,更新观念,努力探索,扎实工作,大力推进专业内涵建设,合理推进课程设置,就一定能开辟出一片新天地,为国家和社会输送一批又一批的商务英语专业人才。
