一、如何杜绝对话课变成回答问题课。
在我校的英语课堂上，每位老师带入课堂的是精心制作的课件，和精心编织好的任务链，一些英语口语较好的学生，能轻松地完成老师布置的各项任务，而另一些学生常常无法用英语说出一段话，有的甚至听不懂老师的'课堂用语，上课时老师不得不通过提问不断地启发，这样的一问一答，往往影响了整体性的教学内容，把对话化为回答，表面是师生的对话，是互动，而实质上学生仍然是“听从”。新课程的课堂教学强调“对话”，而不是“满堂问”，因此如何提高学生英语的口头表达能力是当前我校英语教师面临的一大难题。
二、如何杜绝合作学习有形式而无实质。
在课堂教学中，教师要求课堂小组合作学习，可是在有些班级中，有的学生不参与讨论，有的参与小组合作了，却一言不发，代表小组发言的往往是那几个人。课后，我们也尝试布置了一些要求小组成员共同完成的作业，可最终有的小组由成绩好的同学代替小组其他成员完成，有的小组成员则商定每次这样的作业由小组成员轮流完成。这样合作学习还是没能真正地实现。
三、如何合理安排每个单元。
按照“新课标”，每个单元大约花十个课时，可在实际操作过程中，我们常常发现时间不够。首先，每一单元的单词表上有很多生词，其实还有很多单词表上未列出的单词，尽管我们没有要求学生把每一个单词都背出来，但学生觉得有些单词光记其含义就很费力的了。其次，每个单元都有一些巩固练习要做，要讲评，因此，讲评课也要花掉几课时。所以我们仍在摸索如何合理地安排每个单元。
存在困惑是正常的，我们会不断探索，不断学习，不断完善教学方法，争取达到“新课标”的要求。

二、教材分析
本套英语基础模块预备级共分十个单元，每单元都有导入、听说部分、语音部分、读写部分、语言运用、单元任务和自我评价部分。每一部分都精心安排了各种活动任务，循序渐进，有简单到复杂。各个单元的话题都是非常贴切学生生活学习的话题(问候、购物、餐厅就餐、求职等)，并且把各种语言活动设置在真实的职业场景中(在学习完食品、服装、价格等内容后，同学们可以模拟在超市或商场为顾客提供服务的场景)。各种形式丰富的练习活动，对于训练学生听、说、读、写的能力非常有帮助。
三、学情分析
本届高一学生新生英语水平参差不齐，有的有一定的基础知识，有的学生直接就相当于零基础。很多同学字母还不能书写规范，语音有许多需要纠正的地方。另外，学生在情感态度和学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多同学对英语一点兴趣也没有;有的同学有一定基础很想学好英语但是觉得非常困难，不知从何处下手，没有良好的学习习惯。
三、教学措施
由于学生基础水平差，甚至是零基础。在高一年级的英语学习中应该侧重英语基础知识的学习。对此我制定了以下措施：
(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性
语音是语言的基础，学好语音不但有利于正确地以声音的方式表达思想，而且对词汇的学习和记忆力大有帮助。所以，教师如何讲解48个音素的发音要领和发音比较，让学生掌握好发音规律，并且要采用多种的教学方法和充分利用多媒体，让学生感到意兴盎然，增强教学效果，就显得尤其重要。还可以选编一些与音素相关的歌谣、歌曲、谜语、绕口令以及小短文等，让学生在有趣的活动中巩固所学音标和读音规则，为掌握好单词打下好基础。课堂中采取多种多样的教学形式，改变传统的教学模式，提高课堂效率。多进行一些“英语小竞赛”、“口语交际”、“情景对话”等活动。
(二)、注重口语交际运用
本课程是以训练学生的听说能力，也就是口语交际运用能力为重点的，所以在教学中应该尽可能的利用多媒体设备，创设真实的情境尽可能让学生有更多的机会练习口语。由开始的一两句话，不断的坚持，不断的提高。同时充分发挥以教师为主导、以学生为主体的指导原则。
(三)、注重过程评价
在平时课堂中，不断鼓励学生，学生的任何一点进步都应该提出，特别是在刚开始的口语练习中。让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User 而不仅仅是Good Learner。 让英语成为学生学习生活中的实用工具，让他们在使用英语和学习英语的过程中，体验到轻松和成功的快乐，而不是无尽的恐惧和疲惫。
(四)、激发学生学习英语的兴趣
经常挑选一些经典的对话或者短文让学生多读，同时挑选一些难度不大的绕口令让学生练习他们的口语。在课堂上增强趣味性，选择一些学生感兴趣的话题用英语表达。并且充分利用多媒体设备，增加一些图文并茂、生动有趣的内容。加强对学生学习方法的指导，增强学生的自学能力。
(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心学生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。
