转眼，一个学期的教育教学工作已经结束了，本学期我担认九（1）英语教学。由于教学经验尚浅，因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向前辈学习。经过一个学期的努力，取得了较好的成绩。现将具体工作总结如下：
一、细研教材、潜心备课
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握重难点。在制定教学目的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。同时注重课堂教学效果，针对学生特点，以愉快式教学为主，不搞满堂灌，坚持学生为主体，教师为主导、教学为主线，注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点，突破难点。由于准备充分，教学效果明显，学生易于接受。
二、激发学习兴趣，提高英语素养
三于九年级的小朋友而言，直观的东西更能激起他们的学习兴趣。如教“葫芦”这个词语时，直接写一个“葫芦”在黑板上和既写字又画图相比，后者更能调动学生的学习兴趣，使他们在学习当前知识时精力达到集中状态。所以，在实际的教学中我尽可能地使用简比画，投其所好，让学生在快乐、轻松的环境下学到知识。
三、重视朗读、培养语感
1、利用早读课时间让学生大声朗读，以提高他们的语感。
九年级学生听，说的能力相对较弱，有的学生回答问题语言不连贯，他们语言表达能力较差，这样也制约了他们的阅读及写作能力，所以我规定学生每天早上必须大声朗读20分钟，而且要能学普通话。经过这学期，他们虽然还不是很好，但也了明显的进步。
2、选择美文，让学生感悟理解。
四、注重后进生辅导、用爱对待每一位孩子。
三后进生，我经常与他们谈心，帮助他们找到自己的优点，以此树立他们的自信心，想尽办法让他们感受到自己也是班上不可缺少的一份子，并告诉他，他在班上也是非常重要的。
五、一帮一，结对子
针对本班学生成绩参差不齐的实际情况，我在教学中采用“一帮一”的方法，一差生配一小老师，同学之间互相学习，互相帮助，这样对差生而言，知识增加了；对优生而言，知识也得到了巩固，同时，优生的能力也在不知不觉中得到了培养。
六、参与教研、取长补短
坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的教学水*。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。本学期，按照教研组的安排，听了本校同事的公开课，并通过参与研讨和集体备课等活动，使自己从别人身上学到了很多有益的经验。
通过师生一学期的共同努力，现在班上优生能力得到了培养，后进生的成绩也有了相应的提高，全班学生的学习兴趣与上学期相比更浓了，自信心更强了，已逐步形成团结、协作、共同进步的良好局面。
当然，教学中也存在许多不足之处。如：对个别同学的“心理关心”还不够，所以，在以后的工作中，注意个别学生的心理世界是我努力的主要方向，只要我朝着这一方向一直走下去，相信2、1的明天将会更美好！
