田家炳英语项目表态发言
为了加强田家炳英语教师培训项目管理和促进港渝专家教师交流，受田家炳基金会邀请，西南大学杨晓钰教授、重庆师大张翼博士、重庆二师张泽健教授、北碚田家炳中学张梦琳主任、英语教研组长王浪老师等6人，于11月15日至19日赴香港进行为期四天的英语校本培训交流学习，共考察了4所当地中学，一所大学，一个教育工作者协会和田氏企业中心。
4所当地中学分别是东华三院冯黄凤亭中学(Fung Wong Fung Ting Secondary School)、棉纺会中学(Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School)、沪江维多利亚学校(Victoia Shanghai Academy)和仁爱堂田家炳中学(Yan Oi Tong Tin Ka Ping Secondary School)。考察内容都分为三部分：校方简介该校的英语教学方式、课堂展示互动的一个Professinal dialogue、参观校园。无论置身哪个校园，都可以处处感受到浓厚的英语学习氛围。四所中学的共同特点在于：班额孝分组学习、全英文教学和以大量的英语活动作为载体。参观校园时，能看见的地方都有英语，并且大量的以英语为主的各项活动海报是其文化廊道的建设特点。其中，冯黄凤亭中学(Fung Wong Fung Ting Secondary School)的英语教学特点是高年级学生辅导低年级的学生;而棉纺会中学(Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School)的特点是有一个“棉纺人家”，学校专门开设了用于英语教学的English Kitchen 这门课。看着孩子们在里面做饭，还有专门的老师一边教孩子煮饭，一边教英语，我们都情不自禁感叹：这才是“做中学”!在香港大学(The University of Hong Kong)，我们主要是学习“学习心理学”， 主要是让我们把注意力从teaching 转换到learning 上面，并且教给了我们4个learning principles, 他们是：以前的知识(Prior knowledge)、社会的联系(Social interaction)、策略的使用(Use of strategy)和概念的组织(Conceptual organization)。在香港教育工作者协会
18日下午，本次香港英语教学考察结束。本次考察项目的负责人显老师发言：不要抱怨;相信你自己;立即行动，不要等到明天;改变自己，并且把教书育人作为一生的事业。我们观察团也派出了重庆师范学院的张翼致致辞：感谢义工们，感谢来自贵州和广东的队友们;也表示要把我们所学的带到工作当中去。
短短4天的.培训，感慨颇多。首先，对香港人的敬业、守时和奉献精神表示敬佩。本次活动的策划、带领，全是义工们承担。没有午休，中午工作到12;30才结束，下午7点才结束。其次，是对田家炳先生的仁爱之心肃然起敬。最后，香港英语教学的确给了我们很多的启发：多关注孩子的学，要讲究学习策略;用活动去激发孩子的兴趣，真正做到“做中学”，让孩子乐在其中;全英文教学和廊道的英语文化来渲染英语学习的氛围，让孩子身在其中。
9月15日，田家炳项目(第二期)小学英语骨干教师培训者辐射培训在江津师范进修学校102教室进行。
香港专家、项目办专家、培训师团队、评审团队等13人和来自我区农村小学的30名英语骨干教师共同参与全程培训活动。
上午，港、渝专家为大家带来了全新的教育思想和教育理念——“站起来就是进步、发了言就是优秀、说对了就是成功”;“授人以鱼不如授人以渔、授人以渔不如授人以愉、授人以愉不如授人以欲”;“讲做≠讲座”……别出心裁的“破冰行动”让在场的每一位学员都心潮澎湃。活泼有趣的游戏让学员们很快地融入到小组的合作学习团队中。游戏拉近了学员间的距离，同时也消除了学员的惧怕心理。“奉献、责任、担当、分享”这一田家炳精神将激励着每一位培训活动参与者。在培训师团队的指引下，各个小组都顺利完成了标新立异的队名、口号和满载着期望的海报。
下午，培训师团队的周健老师和游咏老师分别从语音语调、单元整体教学设计方面，对学员进行了培训，让学员受益匪浅，收获颇多。
本次培训为项目区县骨干教师培训系列，培训时间为期5天，培训内容主要包括：破冰行动、语音训练、对话教学及设计、单元整体教学设计、观课、评课、课标解读、微课展示、总结反思等。
田家炳基金会扶助重庆市农村中小学英语教师培训项目(第二期)于2014——2017年开展培训者培训、项目区县骨干教师培训和项目学校校本研修等三阶段培训，由香港理工大学、重庆师范大学、重庆第二师范学院等专家提供学术支持，这一项目的实施和持续发展将会给江津的英语教育注入新的力量，引领江津区英语教育、教学、教研迈向新的台阶。
