吴洁颐掉下了眼泪，看着她哭了，我的鼻子一酸，眼前仿佛又浮现出那些天我们训练的一点一滴，又回荡出教官的一声声口号，能不能让我们再回头，能不能让我再看看那个胖胖的，和蔼可亲的张教官，再向这个曾经使我们留下快乐的地方，说一声再见!路上，有笑有哭。至于笑与哭，不过是态度问题也罢。当你遇到困难时，笑着对自己说“我能行”，让自己充满自信，这也许是坚强路上最好的证明。
天下没有不散的筵席，我们挥泪告别，在这短暂的一个星期里，有苦有泪，但建立在那之上的，确实无尽的欢笑和体验的幸福。
也许教官与我们在漫漫长路的人生中只是擦肩而过的过客，但是我们应该不忘这次上帝对我们的考验，正眼对待这个历险，就像鲁宾逊一样，在这个旅途中，我们明白了挫折与磨难其实是上帝给我们最宝贵的礼物。

四、主要工作及措施、要求
（一）管理工作
1、坚持以人为本，倡导“文化引领、民主参与、人文关爱”的管理理念，以“民主管理、人文管理、制度管理、目标管理”为内容，形成科学的考核、评价和激励机制，坚持依法治校、依法治教，以情育人，构建人文校园，充分调动全体教职工的工作积极性、主动性和创造性，提高师生校园生活质量和幸福指数。
2、深入落实管理责任制。开展好教学副校长牵头组织的每周三次巡课检查制。德育副校长每周一次班队会检查和安全检查。分管体育、卫生副校长每周一次的卫生检查。教研室每周组织好备课教研活动和基本功培训活动，每月一次大教研活动。工会安排每周的职工活动。家长委员会组织好家长的培训活动和家长义工活动。
3.继续实行楼层管理责任制和卫生清理责任制。
4.认真实施各项管理制度和考核办法。
（二）党建工作
以学习贯彻党的十八大精神为动力，以创建学习型党组织为抓手，紧紧围绕教育创新、内涵发展这一主题，进一步加强和改进党支部和党员队伍建设，探索新时期党建工作新思路，为学校教育的健康发展提供坚实的组织和思想保证。充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用，发挥党员的引领示范作用，在教职工中营造树师德，提素质，比贡献的氛围；密切联系群众开展在职党员志愿者进社区活动。
（三）德育工作
