1、理论指导:“先学后教,当堂训练”课堂的教学模式,把课堂的时间还给学生,教师讲授、启发、点拔、和组织教学的时间限制在5-10分钟以内。那么为了在短时间内使教学效果更好,目标达成度更高,我们学校开辟了每周一次集体备课的大好平台。因为教师集体备课是智慧的碰撞,资源的.共享,优势的互补,它既有利于丰富和发展教师个体,弥补个体在备课过程的不足,又有利于激活课堂、提高实效,提高教学的整体水平。
2、具体做法
先周备课。这一环节是在授课前一周进行,备课组长为主持人,确定一名教师为主讲人。要求主讲人参加集体备课之前要认真写出教学设计,科学确定教学目标,明确重点难点。同时,其他教师要结合自己的备课思路提出看法与意见,进行认真研讨、确定一个化的导学案。
