My Daily Routine
I am a middle school student in Grade 9 and I would like to share with you my daily routine. I believe that having a daily routine helps me stay organized and make the most of my time.
I usually wake up at 6:30 in the morning. After getting out of bed, I brush my teeth and wash my face to freshen up. Then, I spend some time doing light exercises to wake up my body and get ready for the day ahead. After that, I have a healthy breakfast which usually consists of cereal, fruits, and a glass of milk.
At 7:30, I leave my house and walk to school. It takes me about 15 minutes to reach school, and during this time, I enjoy the fresh morning air and mentally prepare myself for the day. School starts at 8:00, and I have a busy schedule with various subjects such as English, math, science, and history.
During the breaks between classes, I usually chat with my friends and have a quick snack. It's important to keep my energy levels up throughout the day. Lunchtime is at 12:00, and I bring a homemade lunch from home. I try to eat a balanced meal with a variety of vegetables, protein, and carbs.
After school, I participate in extracurricular activities such as basketball practice or art club. These activities help me develop my skills and interests outside of academics. I usually finish around 5:00 in the evening and head back home.
Once I'm home, I take a short break to relax and have a light snack. Then, I start my homework. I allocate a specific amount of time for each subject to ensure that I complete all my assignments. If I have any questions or difficulties, I ask my parents or consult my classmates.
After finishing my homework, I have some free time to pursue my hobbies. I enjoy reading books, playing the piano, and spending time with my family. At around 9:30, I start getting ready for bed. I brush my teeth, wash my face, and change into my pajamas. I like to read a book for a few minutes before going to sleep to relax my mind.
Having a daily routine has helped me become more organized and disciplined. It allows me to balance my academic responsibilities, extracurricular activities, and personal hobbies. I believe that a well-structured routine is important for success in both school and life.

A Visit to the National
Recently I spent over three hours looking， reading and enjoying the exhibits at the National Palace Museum located in the suburbs。 Many local and foreign visitors go there daily to take pictures outside and spend endlehours inside。 No cameras are allowed inside， but you can buy you can buy colored slides of the exhibits in the gift shop downstairs。 There is a very large collection of beautiful jades。 Also， there is an ancient bronze vessel exhibit。 Some of the exhibits are changed regularly for special collections such as porcelain and silk paintings。 My attention was mainly in the room with the wall—size slide show describing some archeological discoveries from pre—history tine。 Also， the oracle bones’ exhibit was very good； there seemed to be an endleamount of rare， beautiful， interesting， and fascinating things。
