来重庆的第一天晚上，我们便尝到了正宗的。重庆真是名副其实的火锅发源地，一大堆火红的就占满了整个锅，让人都不敢想象它到底有多辣。虽然没有加，但也丝毫不比成都火锅逊色。我夹了一片煮熟的豆腐干，闻一闻，那香味自然而然地就跑进了我的鼻子；咬一口，觉得软软的；吞下去，它便顺着我的喉咙滑下去，最后落在了我肚子的某个角落里，感觉痒痒的，清爽可口，却没有丝毫的油腻感。好吃极了！
