It was a exciting day, at 9 am all the people get tegother at the foot of the mountain. We are seting out for the high mountain. During the way to the top of the mountain, we all enjoy ourself . We singing , laughing, and see the beautiful scenery. When somebody fell behind, the others will come and offer help.
After 3 hours, we all get to the top of the mountain, and we bathed in the sunshing , looked forward . We all cheered with joy.
The activity is good to us. Not only did it give us relaxion from heavy work , but also get us close to nature. It also promoted the realationship . What a wonderful day!

我们的车经过一路的奔波，终于看到了矿山基地，我们都很兴奋，下午，我跟着爸爸熟悉了一下矿山的地形，原来，矿山在群山脉之中，在一座山的半山腰，爬山的乐趣。
第二天醒来后，我和叔叔阿姨们开始爬山了，我从来没爬过山，即使爬山，也是有护栏的，找不到兴趣，没野味，但这次爬的山海拔1500米，再加上没有护栏，野味十足，很刺激，可山那么高，我又有点退缩了，突然，走来一个小女孩，看起来没有我高，但她还是要爬，我比她大，再不上去就显得我胆小了，我这个人就是横，有谁比我强我就要把它顶下去，何况这次我的竞争手是个比我小的人，所以我要更加努力，横心把恐惧心甩的没了影，于是，我就硬着头皮爬了上去，旁边的阿姨们告诉我爬山不能往下看，我困时，常常看到脚旁的山羊粪，便想：既然山羊能爬上来，我就一定能爬上来，爬山的乐趣。想着想着就爬了上来，站在顶峰上，瞻望一望无际的山群，心中无比的开阔，用“爽”比喻真是像得不能再像了。到中午时，我下了山，直奔食堂，听大人们说，今晚要举行篝火晚会，我兴奋的以蹦三尺高，心想：篝火晚会，我来了！！！

灵岩飞渡，最早起源于悬崖采药。当地山民为了养家糊口，冒险攀越山崖，悬空采撷名贵中草药。在漫长的岁月中，草药人练就了一身飞崖走壁的本领，并进而演化成一种民间表演。曾有人赋诗赞叹：“削壁高千仞，双峰一线牵。降空犹落叶，横渡似飞猿。鸟与云俱逝，心随人共悬。灵岩增一景，神技可游天。”
飞渡表演分为两种：悬崖滑索（直渡）与凌空飞渡（横渡）。其中，直渡是表演者拉着绳索突然从高270米的`天柱峰峰顶的悬崖上一跃跳下。绳索来回摇晃，表演者借绳索一荡之力，依附在几乎垂直的崖壁上。稍事摆弄后，接着又双足一蹬跃下。如此每下一段距离，他就伸足在崖壁上弹跳一下。闪转腾挪间，表演者的身体急速下坠。等滑到悬崖的三分之二处时，他凌空翻起了跟斗。稍作调整后，他又借弹跳之力落在了一块可供站立的石峰上，向大家挥手致意，突然纵身一跃，人已经顺着绳子一溜到底了。紧接着，横渡就要开始了！横渡是在天柱峰和展旗峰的峰顶拉上一条钢绳，钢绳高200多米、宽亦200多米、两端落差10米。人在绳上表演翻跟斗、飞翔等动作。随着景区讲解的开始，表演者倒着身子慢慢从天柱峰滑出，到了铁索的三分之一处，表演者在铁索上做出各种姿态和动作，天男散落叶、翻跟斗，如履*地，往来自如，体态轻盈，动作灵巧。他或站或坐或卧，一会儿的功夫，已经滑到了展旗峰峰顶，让人意犹未尽。据介绍，除假日之外，无论天气如何恶劣，飞渡表演每天仍会按时进行。尽管现在景区已经为表演者采取了必要的防护措施，但飞渡的危险仍极高。遇上刮风下雨闪电，都会危及生命。因此，飞渡不仅要技高胆大，更要反应敏捷、灵活应变，才能化险为夷。作为温州的非物质文化遗产之一，飞渡展现的是温州人民面对穷山恶水时的自立与勇敢，也是温州人敢闯敢拼的缩影。

今天是一个令人兴奋的日子—春游，我们的目的地是棋盘山。
我们8：00到学校集合，8：30大家迈着整齐的步子走出学校。一路上，同学们兴奋的唱起了歌。路边，绿的草，红的花。小草摊着小脑袋，仿佛在说：“小朋友，欢迎你们！”
不知不觉，就到了棋盘山脚下，我们每个人的脸上都洋溢着微笑。只见棋盘山上的迎春花有的含羞待放；有的已经怒放了；……风一吹，一阵阵淡淡的清香扑鼻而来。山上的一棵棵大树像士兵一样保护着棋盘山；一根根春笋从土里伸出头来，组成一副迷人的画卷。
突然一阵欢呼声从我耳边响起，原来我们已经到了山顶。我们找了一块草地，坐在上面休息。我和我的好友坐在一起。我们玩了一个非常有趣的游戏—“抢食物大战”，我先拿起一包零食，让他们抢，他们一个个被我弄得狼狈不堪。
随后，我们的数学老师带着我们去棋盘山上的一座古庙拜佛。那佛金光闪闪，用慈祥的眼睛望着我们，越发显出它的尊贵。我在佛像面前虔诚的拜了一拜，希望我的学习天天进步，我的家人*安健康，万事如意。
时间一分一秒的过去了，夕阳西下，美好的一天快要结束了，我们也该回家了。我舍不得这次春游，更舍不得这迷人的风景。
