一、学生分析：
四(1)班有39名学生，经过一年的英语学习，每个学生的英语底子各不相同。一年的英语学习，学的好的学生掌握的很好，有良好的学习习惯，能很扎实的掌握听、说、认读和书写。但班级里很多学生已经两极分化明显，很多插班生明显较弱。
二、内容与目标
1、能听说读写92个单词或短语以及13组句子和9个单句。要求能
在真实语境中正确运用并能读懂简短语篇。
2、能听说认读16个单词。
3、能学会6个手工制作。
4、能听懂会唱8首歌曲。
5、能听懂会吟唱12首歌谣。
6、能完成6个自我评价活动。
7、能理解6个幽默小故事。
8、能了解6项简单的中西方文化知识。
三、教学目的 1、对于有一年学习基础的学生要求进一步提高，加强儿童对英语的.感性知识，
激发他们学习英语的兴趣和培养能力，使学生敢于大胆开口说英语，在理解的基
础上表演英语。
2、打下较好的语音，语调和书写基础。
3、养成良好的书写习惯，根据单词的拼写和发音规则认读和拼写单词。

五、教学措施：
1、认真备课，钻研《新标准英语》教材，进行课堂的有效教学，提高课堂效率，做到当堂内容当堂掌握。
2、创新运用各种不同英语教学法来辅助教学，如：情景教学法、直接教学法和TPR全身反应法，并开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在轻松的氛围中学习英语。
3、创设英语情景和环境，使学生们在一定的英语语言环境里习得“第二语言”。根据学生的年龄特征，培养学生良好的朗读习惯，打下良好的语音语调基础。充分利用直观教具和电教手段，创设良好的语言氛围，调动学生的学习积极性。
4、鼓励学生大胆说英语，肯定他们的进步（尤其是英语基础不好的学生），树立学生的信心，培养学生朗读和书写的习惯。

7、训练形式多种多样，手、脑、眼、肢体并用，静态、动态结合，基本功操练与自由练习结合，单项和综合练习结合。通过大量地实践，使学生具有良好地语音、语调、书写和拼读地基础，并能用英语表情达意，开展简单的交流活动。设计全面、高效的课外作业，培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整齐、规范、准确地书写。
六、对学困生的措施：
由于我校大部分是外来流动人口，每个学期学生流动很大，导致学困生有比较多的人数，他们有些是学习习惯一直不好，导致课堂效果差，还有些是以前由于到处流动的关系，没有学好英语。对于这些学生，目前我采取以下这些做法：
1、请班级里成绩较好的同学给予帮助。
2、在练习中发现问题，在课后给予辅导。
3、安排他们坐在好的学生旁边。
