关于2016年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试网上报名的通知
各系、院、研究生部：
根据河北省教育考试院《关于做好2016年上半年大学英语四六级考试报名组织工作的通知》(冀教考社[2016]4号)要求，2016年上半年大学英语四、六级考试仍将在河北省范围内实行网上报名与网上支付。为进一步加强网上报名组织工作的规范性、准确性，确保报名组织工作的有序进行，结合我校实际情况，现将有关组织报名工作注意事项通知如下，请各班负责人提前做好本班的报名宣传、
一、报名时间、报名费用及考试时间
报名时间：2016年3月17日至4月1日每天8：0022：00。
报名费用：大学英语四、六级考试报名费均为30元。
考试时间：2016年上半年全国大学英语四、六级考试时间为6月18日，其中上午9:0011:20进行大学英语四级考试，下午15：0017:25进行大学英语六级考试。
二、报名条件
英语四级：河北金融学院在校生： 12、13、14级本科生; 13、14、15级专科生; 14、15级硕士研究生及14、15级专接本的学生均可报考英语四级(CET4)。
英语六级: 英语四级(CET4)成绩为425(含425分)以上的在校生均可报考英语六级(CET6)。
注：
1.报考英语六级的学生需将CET4成绩单(425分以上，含425分)复印件交系(院)辅导员处，系(院)再以系(院)为单位统一提交教务处备案，以便核验报名资格。因2015年12月份的大学英语四、六级考试成绩单尚未发放，学生可到系(院)总支辅导员处查询成绩(2015年12月份成绩以教务处发到各系院辅导员处的为准，网上查询的成绩仅做参考)。领取六级准考证时，需向辅导员出示四级成绩单复印件。
2.如未达到条件而报名的学生一经查实，将取消其考试资格，并追究有关人员的责任。
3.英语四、六级不得同时兼报，禁止刷分行为。
三、报名及报名前期准备
1.请考生见到本通知后在规定的时间内第一时间登陆指定网站报名，因今年报名名额限制较死，如因个人报名时间较晚等原因而未报上名的，后果自负。
2.因报名费用需要网上支付，请考生提前到各相关银行开通网上银行业务。
3.报考同学要提前准备好像素为320*240、格式为jpg，大小不超过20K的蓝底近期免冠半身彩色电子照片，以备上传报名系统使用。
4.考生拍照时，必须保证初始拍照方式为正立式，切勿横置或倒置拍照，以免证书照片打印不正常(在以往全国计算机等级考试的证书发放过程中，就发现有部分证书照片是横向或头部挤压至扁平的，但在打印准考证时，显示的照片却没有问题，经过调查分析，可能是这些学生使用了一款叫美图秀秀www.meitu.com的软件修改不当所致)。
重要提示：在每次考试报名过程中，均发现有部分学生不按要求上传照片，导致照片模糊不清、头像过小等情况发生，这样会造成打印证书上的照片无法辨认与本人的关系，会使用人单位怀疑证书的真实性，因此要求同学们一定要严格按照要求上传蓝底
照片。还有个别同学报名时填写的所在院系、专业不一致、照片张冠李戴等，这样将会影响考试成绩，也会影响准考证及成绩单的正常发放。网上报名时，请认真填写有效的联系电话，以方便联系。经电话通知照片不符并要求更换新照片者，请务必在规定时间内进行更换，否则学校有权取消其考试资格。
四、网上报名程序
(一)报名方式
考生需登陆河北省教育考试院主页，网址：http://www.hebeea.edu.cn/，(点击网页右侧大学英语四六级按钮，进入河北省教育考试院全国大学英语四、六级考试河北省网上报名及支付系统)，请认真阅读并严格按照网上报名要求和考点公告逐一认真填写报名信息、照片上传、交费等事宜。
(二)报名步骤
1.认真阅读网上报名须知;
2.阅读并同意网上报名系统考生使用协议;
3.选择所在地市、选择报考的考点;
4.输入姓名、性别、身份证号、证件类型、报考等级等信息;
5.认真选择院系、专业、学历、学制、入学年份、年级、班级等;
6.上传照片;
7.进行网上支付;
8.报名结束。
(三)费用支付方式
报名过程最后为网上支付报名费用环节，考生点击“确认信息，我要在线支付”即可链接到费用支付页面，进行网上支付。请考生提前做好准备工作：第一，选择到相关银行，办理一张银行卡并开通网上支付功能;第二，存入报考费，存入金额一定要大于报考费。一旦支付报名费后，就无法退报。在支付时，请耐心等待支付系统的反馈信息，首先是银行交易成功提示，然后是易宝交易成功提示。同时提醒尽量错开报名高峰时段，以免发生支付报名费时掉线或报不上名的现象发生。如有异常请在易宝页面查询订单(请牢记订单号，以备查询)或电话咨询易宝客服。
(四)注意事项
1.考生一次只能报考一个等级。
2.考生姓名中不能出现空格，如果姓名中的汉字在计算机中确实没有的，要用全角下划线“_”代替。
3. 选择院系和专业时，务必保证此专业在此系(院)内，并分清专科和本科专业名称之间的差异;专接本学生可以选择本科的专业名称，并注意选择符合自己专接本的入学年份和学制。班级一栏，我校是按1班为001，2班为002，以此类推，请考生认真选择自己的班级。班级及班级代码务必保持一致，按阿拉伯数字001、002…依次选择。国际教育学院的学生可以按大班并同上要求一样统一填写班级。若不按要求填写的，不予打印准考证。
4.考生在报考过程中未能一次性完成报名的，系统将会保留个人已填报的信息直至报名结束，二次登陆时，进入报名系统后点击“查询报名信息”，并按照提示依次选择报考地市、报考考点且输入姓名和身份证号码即可再次登陆到考生本人的报名页面，继续填报，完成报名。
5.若是多人使用同一张银行卡的，请报完一个人次后点击网页右上角的注销按钮后，再继续下一个人的报名，以避免因网速过慢而导致上传照片时同一照片重叠使用。
6.考生特别注意：一旦在线支付费用成功，报名即为有效，所有信息均不允许也不能再修改。
7.考生如果在报名截止时未能完成网上报名与支付，将视为考生自动放弃报名，系统将自动删除报名考生所有个人信息。
8.根据2015年12月份考试报名完成后反馈的信息来看，有极个别考生在考试前领取准考证的时候才发现自己没有报上名，因此，在报名完成后，各考生应隔几天再登录报名系统，最终确认自己是否报名成功。
