我们以前包饺子,饺子皮都是在面店买的,但是今天我们决定也自己做。早上爸爸从市场买来了面粉和肉,我们就正式开工了。首先把面粉放进盆子里,一边放水,一边用筷子不停的搅拌。当水加得差不多时,就可以揉面了。然后把揉好的面放在盆子,盖上盖子醒面十分钟左右。我的妈妈把肉末和葱,开始包饺子了,我们分工合作:我来揉面团,然后把面搓成一长条,用手掰成一颗颗;我的妈妈用擀面杖擀成圆圆的面皮;爸爸来包饺子。大家都很买力,我把面团揉的又筋道,我的妈妈擀的面皮又薄又圆,爸爸包的又大又好,跟超市买的一模一样,就这样一只只饺子出来了。我也学着擀了面皮,包了几个饺子,虽然包得不太好看,但总算是把肉包起来了。
