(一)学情分析
我校是一所创立时光不长的三星级高中,招收的学生大多是全区20__名之后的学生,本届学生中考录取线为563分,640分以上的学生仅有5人。本届高三经过调整有17个班(包括两个艺术班),10个普通班,5个实验班。学生进入高三时英语学习状况并不梦想,期初学清调研考试也暴露出很多问题,如基础知识不扎实,语言运用本事差,阅读与完形的失分现象普遍,书面表达得分低、本事差,并且存在通篇简单句甚至是汉式英语堆砌的现象。所以从高三一开始,我们就认真分析学情,从基础抓起,一步一个脚印,直到本次一模考试,才见到不少学生开始有明显的提高。
(二)经验总结
1。发挥备课组团体智慧
我们学校高三语数外实行双备课组长制度,有上届高三留任教师和高二升高三教师共同担任。两者互补、互商,分工协作。我们深知一个有战斗力的备课组必须要有凝聚力,所以全组成员一开始就达成共识,不单打独斗,必须要齐心协力,团结合作。我们不让团体备课流于形式,坚持每周的团体研讨,从模块重点语言知识的确立到练习的筛选无不经过大家讨论得出;坚持每隔一周分专题开课,在上学期我们分别开了单选策略、完形填空、阅读理解、任务型阅读以及书面表达等数个专题;我们还推行组内“同课异构”活动,全组听课,认真点评得失,同时安排调整好下阶段的教学。备课组做到分层统一进度、导学案及练习,并且划分任务落实到人头,认真审核不走过场。
2。脚踏实地抓实基础
1)培养学生良好习惯
我们要求每个学生要有错题本,每次训练之后,我们依据读卡正答率筛选易错题,坚持每两周一次错题再考,帮忙学生及时复习、归纳考点。要求学生做到做过的题目力争不错,并能举一反三;坚持每周3-4次的听力训练,学校统一播放,教师下班指导。同时要求学生有作文积累本,并且借鉴了启东兄弟学校的作文纸模式,要求学生必须学会列提纲打草稿,杜绝盲目下笔就写,边写边涂的不良习惯。有的班级还根据实际情景让学生练习书写,加强书写习惯的培养。我们从基础和点滴抓起,不放过任何一个大小写,尽量让能做的题少丢分、不丢分。
2)着眼高考有序教学
我们备课组的全体教师能够认真研读考试说明,立足高考题型、知识体系开展教学任务。
我们在上学期完成了所有语法项目的复习。做到点点清,点线面结合,并在平时的练习中反复巩固。可是部分学生依然掌握不好,在做题时张冠李戴,下学期将继续穿插语法训练,异常是长题干的语法题型,帮忙其提升本事。
上学期我们完成了模块一、二的复习,我们使用“3+2”材料进行基础语言点的复习,配合英语周报进行巩固训练。并且坚持每个模块语言知识点的背诵默写,由教师专人负责出检测试卷。同时各班级依据学校的小组合作学习要求,进行组内互助,互相检测监督。
3)坚持策略复习
A。守住阅读,促进学生综合本事的提升。在整个复习过程中我们始终把培养学生的阅读本事放在重要的位置,以其来丰富学生的背景知识,带动其它本事的发展。我们除了平时的练习训练之外,还使用了《赢在阅读》,上学期基本完成近40份训练。同时每周安排一节限时阅读训练课。坚持知识与本事同步进行,经过归纳使学生的知识系统化,促进学生迁移本事的发展,同时活化学生所学知识,使学生能在不一样的情境中运用所学知识。
B。认真选题,把好学生训练的质量关。我们以最近3年各地高考试题及模拟试题为主,让学生在应试本事训练的过程中加强对高中阶段所学语言知识的巩固,提高学生的应试技能。在高三复习阶段,时光很有限。我们提倡精讲精练,限时完成,保证质量。针对我们的学生自主学习本事较差的现象,我们高三双休放假时的周练由课代表周日晚自习发放,班主任看班监考,杜绝抄袭,保证练习效率。我们认为,与其让学生敷衍10套卷,还不如认认真真完成一套卷。基础差的学生更不能陷入“题海战术”,因为他们解题慢,时光更宝贵。
C。有效反馈,试题评讲有针对。我们高三备课组有专门的读卡机。使得我们全面掌握学生的答题情景,能够针对每个学生错题类型进行归纳,评讲能够结合正答率,更能够精确到人,避免做课堂的无用功。同时在找学生谈话面批时能够一针见血地点明问题。
D。立足课堂,抓住45分钟。我们尽量让学生在课堂45钟多读多背。知识点反复讲,反复练。加大知识的复现率,让学生对重点知识能烂熟于心。不以教师讲了多少次,而以学生是否真正懂了来衡量教学效果。同时利用晨读早读,明确每日诵读任务,及时默写反馈。
针对不少学生基础薄弱,学习信心不足的问题,我们在复习的过程中注重学生非智力因素的作用,及时进行训练效果的反馈,对学生点滴的提高都及时给予表扬与鼓励,强化学生复习的成就感,保证了学生学习的主动性。
