全组老师要通过理论学习，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文。每学期至少一篇，期末时输入资源库备案。
5.努力鞭策教师的成长。
教研组将通过听课、评课、说课、讨论等方式促进教师不断提高教学水平。
（1）每周三进行教研活动，集体备课。
（2）教案按学校要求要环节齐全、内容充实、书写工整、有教后记。
（3）听完公开课后要在教研组会上认真进行评课，即至少提两个优点和两个缺点。要逐人逐个发言，并进行记录，形成书面材料备案。
