1、搞好练兵:认真备课,钻研教材,抓紧课堂教学,做到当堂内容当堂掌握。提高思想认识。为了提高自身认识,将从自身业务水*、教育科研等多个方面大力加强集体教研备课-——模拟演课——听课走访——吸取精华——实际课堂五方面的教学环节。
2、多读书,读好书;读书是凸现英语教学边缘性特征,实现英语教师自我“充电”的途径。读书不仅为创造提供原材料,而且能够启发英语教师创造的灵感。
3、多多请教是关键;教学中我认真的调查研究,虚心向同仁学习,地拜访求教。不断吸收别人的经验,以丰富自己,使自己成长进步的速度快,
4、加强英语教学方法多样化的运用:运用各种不同的肢体语言来辅助教学。
5、在课堂上多开展一些有趣的活动、游戏让学生在活动中学习英语,在生活中学习英语;多为学生营造一些学习氛围,如:创设英语角等等;要求学生在课余时间尽量的运用已经学习的英语进行对话;多看英语画报,多读英语故事,多看英语书籍;多与学生交流,进行口语交际训练。
二、工作中要注意的事项
首先,要注意教学目标的整合性。传统的目标设计有重结论轻过程、重认知轻情感、重智能变化轻心理体验。新课程强调知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三个纬度的有机结合。
其次,要注意教学内容的开放性。要使英语课由单一转向综合,由*面转向立体,由封闭转向开放,激发了学生学习课文的浓厚兴趣,拓展了学生的视野,加深了对课文的理解。

一、加大综合文化服务中心运行力度。
二、完善综合文化服务中心基础设施。
三、发展和壮大各村(居)文体队伍。
我镇各村(居)都有一批文体爱好者,但现在只有天华、黄鹄、洪河成立了文艺团队,三个村的文艺队长,围绕党委*的中心工作,经常组织群众开展丰富多彩的活动,特别是在农村环境治理、无偿献血等活动中发挥着积极作用。去年,服务中心积极在县局争取器材,实现了全镇文体活动中心的全覆盖,各村(居)都配备了腰鼓、器乐、篮球、乒乓球、音响、健身路径等器材,并且都有好的发展基础,比如青山村每年一次的“我运动、我健康、我快乐”的广场舞比赛,广福村的腰鼓,梅数村的民乐组织,赛头的广场舞、居委会的自行车俱乐部等等,这些都需要各村推荐一名组织者,积极带领、不断发展队伍把这些活动持续开展下去。今年服务中心还将争取县局和党委*的大力支持,联合工会、妇联、老年体协、中心学校等开展一次趣味运动会,从而提倡群众少打牌、多健身、促健康、增友谊。
