My name is Sarah and I am an English enthusiast. I have always been passionate about learning and using the English language, and I am excited to share my journey with you.
I started learning English when I was in elementary school. My parents encouraged me to take up the language as they believed it would open up many opportunities for me in the future. At first, I found it challenging to grasp the grammar rules and pronunciation, but with practice and determination, I gradually improved.
One of the ways I enhanced my English skills was through reading. I read a wide range of books, both fiction and non-fiction, to expose myself to different writing styles and vocabulary. I also made it a habit to underline new words and look up their meanings in the dictionary. This not only expanded my vocabulary but also helped me understand how words are used in different contexts.

I would also ask my English teacher to review my writing and provide feedback, which helped me identify areas for improvement.
Apart from these self-study methods, I also attended English classes and participated in language competitions. These experiences not only provided me with valuable feedback from teachers but also allowed me to interact with other English learners and exchange ideas.
Now, as a college student majoring in English, I continue to explore the language and its rich literature. I am currently working on improving my academic writing skills and hope to pursue a career in writing or translation in the future.
