各位家长：
晚上好！
对各位家长能在百忙之中抽出时间来参加这次家长会表示深深的感谢！我很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。首先我自我介绍下，我姓沈，是我们班的英语老师。时间很快，又半个学期过去了，今天我们聚集在一起，共同研究探讨我们六年级的工作，以便我们能根据学生的情况及时调整教育教学方法，制定落实教育教学补救措施，促进教学质量提高。孩子们在一些方面确实有所进步，但也还有很多地方需要家长和我们老师配合，以此来提高学生各方面的表现。
在这个学期里我们已经进行了二个单元的考试，虽然说这些考卷难度是有点高，但是在试卷中我发现了一些问题。有些学生的成绩起伏比较大，从考卷来看是因为不认真，粗心原因造成的。还有些学生以前三年级的时间成绩还可以，但现在的成绩徘徊在七八十分，那是为什么呢？其实原因很简单，现在已经是六年级了，句子和单词的量大量增加，要记和背的内容也大量增加，而且单词还需要默写，那些比较来懒，不愿意背单词的学生成绩肯定考不高。英语是一门特殊的学科，光靠学校几节课时间是远远不够的，还需要在家里花时间预习和巩固。在学校老师会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音、背诵要家长多督促；每课的单词（课文AB部分）这是基础之基础，得督促孩子读熟。
那么怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。我们要和孩子共同成长，那么重视良好的学习习惯的培养是帮助孩子进步的一个好的方法。为了协助孩子更好地学好英语，请家长配合老师完成以下工作：
1、确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文15分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。
2、预习作业就是通过听录音跟读后会读课文和单词，并且把后面单词表中有的单词，请孩子把中文意思写在单词的下面，家长签名。
3、听写作业。很多家长会说我们自己英语都不认识，叫我怎么教孩子呢，其实很简单，在后面单词表中那些加粗的黑体单词以及后面的句子都是要求学生默写的，所以家长只要报中文意思，让孩子把单词写下来，写好之后对照书本校对下就可以了。或者让学生自己先把中文意思写好，然后合起书本让学生自己写，写好了自己校对，家长只要看下，签个名就可以了。
要教育好一个孩子并不是一项简单的工作，它牵涉到社会、学校和家庭多个方面。作为英语老师，在课堂的时间有限，更多的时间是孩子们在家，家长的督促与鼓励，相比之下我们力量是微小的，只有有了你们的加入，才能形成家校联合的强大力量。如果家长能配合学校的工作，双管齐下，我想这样的教育效果会好很多。让我们同心协力，共同配合把你们的孩子，我们的'学生教育好。说了这么多，希望我们向着共同的目标：让我们一起支持并帮助孩子踏踏实实地学好英语，和孩子共同成长。谢谢！

各位家长：
晚上好！
今天，我很荣幸地在这里，作为你们孩子的英语老师，和你们共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”，由于水平有限，不当之处，敬请批评指正。
我今天的发言分三个方面。一、英语学习状况分析；二、如何学好英语；三、对家长的要求。
一、英语学习状况分析
首先，我们学习英语存在着这些难题：英语不是我们的母语，没有现成的语言环境，不能在现实生活中反复运用；所以小朋友们学的知识容易忘记，而且不能立刻体现学英语的价值。但是，英语是国际性语言，我们在求学路上一直都离不开英语。从小学的毕业考，中考，高考，到考硕士，出国，英语都是必考的。在以后的社会竞争中，你不会英语可能寸步难行。
但是，我们在学校学习英语的时间是非常有限的，只靠课堂40分钟的学习是远远不够的。要学好英语，学校学习占40%，课后的巩固学习占60%。那么，在课后学生要怎么做才能把英语学得更好呢？
二、怎样学好英语
英语学习从哪里开始？学英语不是从背单词开始，而是从耳朵开始。英语学习从打通耳朵开始。要让孩子多听，而且是反复听同一段英语，不断的对孩子进行语言的输入，为孩子的语音语调打好基础。
那用什么时间听呢？早上起床之后，在刷牙吃早餐的时候放给孩子听，晚上可以边听边模仿，听力水平是学好英语，培养语感的基础。
父母不懂英语，能帮孩子吗？只要找对方法，就可以帮助孩子。我们要好好利用学习资源，晚上的时候，要有三十分钟的英语学习时间，这三十分钟，家长让孩子不断的听，模仿跟读，语音语调就是要靠模仿出来的。建议大家最好买金太阳，或录音带，因为发音比较纯正。让孩子每天捂着耳朵朗读，一方面可以杜绝部分外界影响，另一方面，捂着耳朵听自己的朗读像在听自己的录音一样，更清晰。朗读可以掌握英语节奏。也是说的一种训练，反复，持续的朗读可以打开英语优质记忆回路。听，模仿语音语调，读熟能背下来，这样的学习对英语来说是最有效的。
孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望。我们真诚地呼吁家长，配合学校，配合老师帮助孩子学好英语。我们要和孩子共同成长。在此，提出我对

1、每天让小孩听，模仿读至少20分钟，读熟能背。
2、每天检查孩子的背书情况。只要检测，不用陪同，培养孩子的独立性。
3、每天看一眼孩子的作业，写得不好，一定要重写。
4、学习贵在坚持。只要养成这种良好的学习习惯，以后越大越省心。
5、播放一些英语动画片给小孩看，多听英语儿歌。
