第二学期高二英语教学计划
工作目标：
高二英语既注重基础知识的考查，又强调能力的灵活运用。为了适应这一趋势，提高高二英语的教学质量，我在高二英语教学中将常抓基础知识，有梯度地拓宽词汇，提高课堂效率，从而努力提高学生学习的自觉性、主动性与积极性，通过师生互动，更进一步提高英语成绩。
学生状况分析：
从学生上学期期末考试情况来看，主要存在以下三方面问题：
①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露，表现在考试不做主观题尤其是不写作文的学生为数不少。
②基础知识不够扎实，灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。
③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。
教学重心：
如何改进我们目前的英语课堂教学，提高课堂教学质量，还需要我们认真研究。继续抓学习习惯，强调基础知识的过关，在落实巩固基础知识的前提下来进一步加强其它能力的培养和训练，发展学生自主学习的.能力和合作精神。进一步激发学生英语学习的积极性和自信心，提高教学质量。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。
具体安排：
1、对于高二（下）的内容，每一单元用7－8课时，其中包含一节练习课。
2、认真研究新教材，创造性地利用教材，灵活使用。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。
3、在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。利用教材提高学生的基本功，重视词汇教学，坚持默写单词及重点句型。做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。
4、拓宽教材，增加阅读量，扩大词汇量，提高学生的阅读能力和英语综合能力。补充自选阅读材料，培养学生的阅读能力，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
5、坚持每单元进行一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。
6、坚持教学研究和相互听课，要向老教师学习如何把握重点、难点和考点。
