工作目标:
高二英语既注重基础知识的考查,又强调能力的灵活运用。为了适应这一趋势,提高高二英语的教学质量,我在高二英语教学中将常抓基础知识,有梯度地拓宽词汇,提高课堂效率,从而努力提高学生学习的自觉性、主动性与积极性,通过师生互动,更进一步提高英语成绩。
学生状况分析:
从学生上学期期末考试情况来看,主要存在以下三方面问题:
①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露,表现在考试不做主观题尤其是不写作文的学生为数不少。
②基础知识不够扎实,灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。
③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。
教学重心:
如何改进我们目前的英语课堂教学,提高课堂教学质量,还需要我们认真研究。继续抓学习习惯,强调基础知识的过关,在落实巩固基础知识的前提下来进一步加强其它能力的培养和训练,发展学生自主学习的.能力和合作精神。进一步激发学生英语学习的积极性和自信心,提高教学质量。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累,只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索,才能学会并掌握语言知识,从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。
具体安排:
1、对于高二(下)的内容,每一单元用7-8课时,其中包含一节练习课。
2、认真研究新教材,创造性地利用教材,灵活使用。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课,认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。
3、在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量,词汇教学以新带旧,从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的,做到经常督促、检测。利用教材提高学生的基本功,重视词汇教学,坚持默写单词及重点句型。做到每学完一篇课文,就进行词汇检测。
