Hello everyone, my name is Lily. I'm from China and I'm currently a student studying in the UK. I am very excited to be here today to introduce myself and share a little bit about my background with all of you.
I grew up in a small town in China and I have always been passionate about learning new languages. That's why I decided to pursue my studies in the UK, as I believe it will provide me with the perfect environment to improve my English skills. So far, I have been enjoying my time here and have met many wonderful people who have helped me settle into this new environment.
In terms of my academic background, I am currently studying Economics at the university. I have always been interested in understanding how the economy works and how different factors can impact it. I hope that my studies will equip me with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career in this field in the future.
Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing the piano and reading books in my free time. I find music to be a great way to relax and unwind, and reading helps me expand my knowledge and perspective on different topics. I also love exploring new places and trying out different cuisines, which is why I'm always on the lookout for new restaurants to visit.
I am looking forward to improving my English skills and making new friends during my time here in the UK. I believe that this experience will not only help me grow academically but also personally, as I will be exposed to new ideas and perspectives that will broaden my understanding of the world. I like to read English story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books is fun. In addition， it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.
