大家好！
很高兴能有这个机会，在那里和大家交流一下变电检修工区在人才培养方面取得的经验和成果。
开展培训工作是一个持续的过程，它不只是做几道题、听几节技术讲课、开展几次考试，更多的是需要将学习到的东西如何应用在日常的工作中，对培训后，在实际工作起到的效果进行评估。采用传统的集中讲课培训方式，学习时间刻板，使得职工在工作和学习之间的矛盾日趋严重；而且授课资料、方式、方法也无法满足不同水平员工的需要，经常是“听的时候，感受不少；听完之后，忘记不少；用得时候，走样不少；实际效果，基本很小”。
变电检修工区总结多年培训工作的经验，认为“实际工作就是最好的培训，检修现场就是最好的课堂，检修缺陷就是最好的考题”这一培训理念，采用“全员讲课+实际操作+技术比武”的方式，大力开展行之有效的全员培训，有效地解决了工作与学习的矛盾。
第一、全员讲课，三人行，必有我师。
实际上，我认为每一个人都有自己独特的特点，有别人比不上的长处，能够说，天生我材必有用。在以往的培训中，坐在讲台上的都是专家、技术员，但是此刻，不管是新员工还是老师傅，都有机会在讲台谈一谈自己对某一方面专业知识的理解，交流工作经验、探讨学习心得。透过交流和探讨，我们能够将他们好的做法进行推广应用，我们也能够透过他们的经验教训引以为戒，避免其他人重蹈覆辙。同时，上台讲课前的准备工作，本身就是一个最好的学习过程，所谓“台上三分钟，台下十年功”，备课和制作课件对于每个员工来说本身就是一次不折不扣的专业知识强化学习过程，在台上不管讲的水平如何，也不论是否有足够的深度，对于每个上过讲台的员工来说，从表达潜力、心理素质以及专业知识方面都是一次难得的历练，而在讲课过程中台上台下自由讨论，许多专业问题在讲课过程中越辩越明。20xx年冬训中我们工区有十几位员工先后登上讲台，有参加工作两三年的80后，也有工作十多年班组长，还有临近退休的老师傅，职工培训工作收到了很好的效果。
第二、实际操作，从工作中来，到工作中去。
为了帮忙各班的青年员工尽快成长，工区利用变电站退役的旧设备，在工区建立了变电检修、继电保护、电气试验三个实训室，如继电保护实训室可开展110千伏线路保护装置故障查找、保护调试、断路器传动试验、二次端子箱接线等实训项目，电气试验实训室可开展变压器、互感器、避雷器的圈套试验项目，变电检修实训室可开展隔离开关安装与调试、10千伏真空断路器检修与调试、高压电缆头制作等项目，实现了现场培训室内化，学用一体化，不但提高了安全系数，而且极大的提高了实训的便利性。
学用一体化的培训方法，既能够使培训人员在实验室应对现场实际设备，练习操作技能，减少实际工作时对现场设备的陌生性，还能够使员工将现场培训资料在教、学、用中同时进行，干中学，学中干，既不影响正常工作及生产秩序，又使人人都有机会争做能够独当一面的技术全面的员工。这种培训手段的应用彻底打破了一向以来培训工作与现场实际相脱节局面，加快了技能人才的培养，构成了培训服务生产、生产促进培训的良性循环。
第三，技术比武，比学赶超。
助青工成长成材技能比武不只是一种技能的较量，更是素质的考验，工区一改以往各专业技术比武各自为战的方式，要求每人掌握本专业技能的同时掌握其他专业的一些基本知识，实现员工一专多能，全面发展。
为了比出好成绩，赛出高水平，青年员工们自发学习超多专业书籍，主动请教专业技术人员，请现场实际操作经验丰富的老师傅帮忙明白，纠正操作错误。
透过技术比武即带动了广大员工学技能、练技能的良好风气，又引导员工树立了“依靠技能生存、依靠技能发展、依靠技能创造价值”的学习理念，营造了比、学、赶、超的良好氛围，使青工真正感受到只有拥有好技术才能实现安全生产，构成了青年职工钻研技术、创优争先、矢志成才的热潮，不但实现培训效益最大化，而且为青年技能人才脱颖而出搭建了舞台。
实践证明，变电检修工区运用多种培训方式相结合的模式，较以往传统培训形式更能适应基层班组的培训需要，它充分调动了青年员工的学习热情，为青年员工成长成才搭建的更广阔的舞台，鼓励青年员工主动学习，用心实践，提高了年青同志的现场作业水平，加快了青工成长的步伐，推动了工区整体生产工作水平的全面发展。
总之，只有不断创新培训方式，开拓培训新思路，才能更好的服务企业，服务职工，真正实现透过培训工作为企业培养人才、保障安全、促进发展，为建设“一强三优”现代公司打下坚实的基础。

“英语难，难于上青天”，“最令我们头疼的就是学英语”平常交谈中，我们常能听到许多类似的感慨。学英语真的很难吗?我认为：英语学习并非难事，关键在于要用心去学。首先，要舍得投入精力和时间，要有恒心。许多人学习英语时想寻求捷径，我认为这也未尝不可，但必须以坚实的基础为前提。付出总与收获成正比，持之以恒，英语水平就有了相应的提高。其次，掌握一定的词汇量。如果你目前没有掌握一定的词汇量，那么，你一定要学会如何掌握词汇量的方法。英语学习中，单词的记忆是困扰许多人的一个难题。记单词的确不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得当，效果就会好得多。我认为，大家倘能真正做到以下三点，掌握的词汇量一定会不断增多：
1、调整情绪。有的人想学，但却“怕”字当头，这与科学的学习方法相悖。心理学家认为：“当一个人感到极度兴奋时，学习的效果就极佳。它可使我们的思维变得敏捷、活跃，注意力集中。”所以在记忆单词前应首先调整好自己的情绪，使自己拥有一种学习单词的热情和牢记它们的决心，努力使自己处于学习的最佳状态。
2、运用记忆法记单词。现在有许多记忆单词的方法，如词缀词根记忆法、同义词和近义词记忆法，分割联想记忆法，词源记忆法等。我运用最多的是结合记忆法和词缀词根记忆法。
3、巩固和强化。单词在初次学习后，应及时地复习、巩固，以免在短时间内遗忘。还有一些方法比如收听英语节目、看英文原版录像都是效果不错的方法。即经常有意识地用英语交流。英语考试中阅读理解题所占考分大，耗时多，但如果平时能做到多读，则有助于提高阅读能力。阅读要快读，以提高阅读速度，增加和扩大英语感性认识。
转眼间，我已上岗一个学期了。在这短短的几个月时光中，我深深的体会到了这份工作的纯真与美好。作为“孩子王”，与孩子在一起的氛围是任何现代装饰手段都无法营造。望着那一张张天真可爱的笑脸，一切的烦恼与忧愁刹那间消退，生活的诗画便在眼前飞扬，使心田灿烂，温馨甜美……我觉得小学教师是一个纯真和美好的职业。有人形容小学教师看起来永远都是那么的年轻和充满朝气。这种形容不无道理。当你面对孩子们那双清澈无比又充满童真的眼睛时，当你聆听着他们银铃般的笑声时，每个人都仿佛又重新回到了童年时光。这让我更叫喜欢这个职业，让我觉得这份职业如此纯真美好
可喜的是经过半年的学习、积累、探索，我在英语教学上日趋成熟，逐渐收放自如，总结出了一套自己的教学方法。现简单列出：
一、激发兴趣，维持激情。
“兴趣是孩子们最好的老师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习，将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果，这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语，对英语充满了好奇与向往，与中文迥然不同的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试，欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开，再加上课堂上，我使用了大量的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具，设计了丰富多采的教学游戏，让学生在玩中学，在学中玩，身心愉悦地上英语课，在不知不觉中就掌握了知识，使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。
但更重要的是将这一学习的激情保持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级，英语课便比较没有新鲜感了，而且随着内容的加深，学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学习兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的激情激发点。比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。
二、及时复习，反复操练。
俗语有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不练手生。”因此，在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学内容倒背如流，脱口而出。因此，每一内容传授完毕后，我都要求学生及时背诵、记忆，确保每一学生在单词、句子的听、说、读、写过关。每天早上，学生必须将所学内容读至少一遍以上，随时保持学习英语的最佳状态。在每一堂英语课前，我都会用英语与学生自由交谈。通过反复的操练，学生对知识自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。
三、严抓书写，打牢基矗
学英语并非是一朝一夕的事，可谓“never too old to learn.”(活到老，学到老.)那么，基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的习惯或错误，在以后将很难纠正。因此，在小学英语教学中，我在书写和发音上要求特别严格，哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上，我要求学生先书空，再在练习本上写，最后写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不符合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。“磨刀不误砍柴工”，做好了准备，打牢了基础，既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化，也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。
四、在英语教学中贯彻道德教育原则。
教师的职责，古人概括为“传道、授业、解惑”，把道德教育放到了首位。教书必先育人，英语科也不例外。在小学英语教材中，有许多礼貌用语，如：thank you! excuse me. sorry. after you.等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有发人深省的寓言;有宣扬团结互助的短文......我绝不放过这样的教育机会，除了句子、短文的阅读、理解教学外，更让学生去体会其中的精神。让学生在课堂模仿操练之余，也延伸到日常生活中去，成为个人的一种情操。如今，学生已将thank you! sorry. that’s all right.等挂在嘴边，文明有礼成了一种风气。
除了一般的道德教育外，我觉得英语还是最容易培养学生自信心的科目之一。刚开始学英语时，一部分人只会吃吃地笑，还有一部分人说得好像蚊子在哼哼叫。在老师的鼓励与诱导下，学生能够开口说，到大声说，不到半学期便能在大庭广众下卖弄自己的英语，这过程便是一个自信心的提升。我在课堂上极少批评打击学生，我更愿我的学生在我的good! wounderful!等肯定声中找到自我，从而信心百倍地去学下一句。
当然，在英语教坛上，我尚是一名新兵。在今后漫长的教学生涯中，我仍需要接受更严格的锻炼和挑战，不断学习，不断积累，为中国通往世界的语言桥梁添砖加瓦
