新课程对教师提出了更高的要求，学校要发展、要生存必须有一批高素质的教师队伍，同样末来的教师要生存要发展必须具有过硬的本领，在校长的指导下，精心制定了以人为本的校本教研计划，汇同教导处和教科室人员一起组织新型的教学研究活动，通过集体备课-上课-听课-沙龙式研讨这样的案例分析，让更多的教师参与到教学研讨活动中来，增强了教研活动的实效性，提高了教师的课堂教学水平。教育科研水平越来越与教师自身的利益息息相关。积极宣传发动广大教师撰写论文，让教师有一个练兵的机会，学习的机会，积累资料的机会。贯彻上级的有关教师培训精神，能认真布置，及时宣传，使广大教师能及时领会，并能通过校培、自培、应用达到熟练掌握运用于教学，服务教学，让教学受益，学生受益。
三、加强服务意识，对学校负责。
作为教导主任，能正确定位，努力做好校长的助手。协调好教导处成员，做好以下几方面的工作：
1、在校长室的指导下，和教导处其他成员研讨，制订好学校的教育教学工作计划、师培计划、青年教师培训计划并组织实施，使学校教育教学工作更有针对性、实效性，并注意总结教育教学方面的经验。
2、制订教导工作方面的有关规章制度和检查考核制度，负责好教学工作的学月常规检查，期中抽测和期终检测工作，为学校考评教师提供依据。
3、组织、指导、审查各年级教育活动计划，各教研组教学教研计划，组织全校教育教学研究和经验交流，组织检测，审批试题及质量分析，领导和指导教研组工作。
4、关心全体学生的全面发展，安排好兴趣小组活动，组织好学生的竞赛活动。
5、组织好备课、听课、评课工作，负责指导各科教研组工作，审查教学计划，组织好教研活动。协调解决教师在教育教学中的疑难。具体负责学校各室的管理工作。

四、反思存在不足，对工作负责。
任何事情都是在不断的反思-改进-再反思-再改进的过程中不断的发展完善的。教导处工作好还存在有许多需改进的地方：
1、集体教研活动开展有力，但个人深入到班指导听课的力度不够。
2、师资培训方面：培训的内容应更加丰富一些，涉及观念(新课程理念，新形势下教师观、学生观等)，业务(教学基本功、现代教育技术应用，科学素养的认识和培养、远程教育技术的应用等)。
3、青年教师的培养，应创造更多的机会和条件，走出学校，成为学校教学骨干，成为名教师。
4、为教学服务的力度还应加大，及时搜集教育信息传达给教师，教师搜集的优秀教育信息共享。组织编写复习、检测资料，提供给老师，形成良好的教育导向。
作为教导主任，在学校负有一定的责任，感到有一定的压力，但好在我与学校的每一位教师合作得都非常愉快，正是大家的工作，在承受着各种各样的压力，奠定了学校发展的基础，我为学校的每一个人骄傲。我也期待着明年，我们合作得更愉快!

本学期，本人担任初三（1）、（2）班的英语教学工作，能够爱岗敬业，勤勤恳恳地工作。一个学期来，主要做了以下的工作：
一、抓好学生的学习思想，提高学生的学习质量
1、以教书育人为本，对学生进行品德的学习教育，特别是后进生，关心他们的纪律和学习情况，鼓励他们的学习。
2、贯彻学校班风、学风评比的要求，全面促进学生的学态发展。重视学生的思想工作、学习风气的培养、学习方法的指导以及学习习惯的养成。
二、按照教学常规五个环节开展教学工作
备课：
课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。譬如：（1）班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，相对（2）班有一定的中等生数量，但因班级的调整也出现了为数不少的差生。而（2）班的同学比较沉静，虽然中上生有一部分，但差生比例较大，尤其偏向男生。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体。我在备课时就比较注意这种情况，每天都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。另外，为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还自己准备了大量的教具，或是请学生共同准备，使其达到了间接的预习效果。
上课：
每天都保持饱满的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，认真做好组织教学，尽可能保证上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，并且充分调动学生的学习积极性，设法令学生投入，不让其分心，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气氛活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性，力图让学生学有所得，学有所乐。
作业和辅导：
作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在遣词造句、阅读理解等；批改作业时多用赞美式、鼓励性的语言予以评价。对学生的辅导方面，做到有耐心，有方法，因材施教，个别无心向学的学生，经过一个学期的耐心教育，学习兴趣明显提高，成绩也有较大的进步。
考试：
本学期根据学校的要求进行了多次阶段性的考试，考试的成绩基本处于同级同科的中上水平。每次的考试，都能做到考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结，及时查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。
三、模块式教学
在教学过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教学。
1、听：平时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且指导学生运用正确的听力技巧进行训练，还找一些专题训练，进一步提高学生的听力。此外，还鼓励学生收看较能接受的英语电视节目、影片，或者多听听英文歌甚至学唱英文歌。
2、说：充分利用早读，按课程进度及课堂的需要，认真安排每天早读负责带读的学生及指导带读内容，坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。鼓励学生大胆且大声读书，多说英语；课堂上，训练学生的口语能力提高学生的学习兴趣；课后，分层次布置一定量的口语作业，使其进行更有效的口语操练。
3、读：读方面主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先教会学生怎样做这些题目，即教授阅读技巧。平时每周以每个话题为内容发一份试题，作为专门训练。并建议及指导基础较好的学生进行定时定量的阅读训练。
4、写：作文教学主要传授写作方法，要求学生应写真情实感的东西，强调字数和书写这些硬件要求。平时提倡学生利用时间用英语写一些简短的日记，以此夯实自己正确拼写单词，准确使用词组、短语来造句表文的基本功，从而提高其综合运用知识的能力。
四、其他方面
1、把握教学进度，合理安排时间，与各科任老师互相配合，统一教学法进度，顺利完成了本期的教学任务。积极配合学校及年段的工作，与各科教师多联系，沟通，互相促进学生英语等各科的学习。
2、认真辅导、组织学生参加了本学期学校举行的英语竞赛活动，并且取得了优异成绩。（在科普文阅读竞赛中，有1、2、3名〈共6名学生〉分别获得一、二、三等奖；在英语演讲比赛中，4名学生参赛，分别获第1、2 〈一等奖〉、3〈二等奖〉、7〈三等奖〉名。）
