初中英语教研组学期工作计划
上学期工作中的不足，现制定计划如下：
一、主导思想：
继续“以学为主，当堂达标”的研究。
二、本年度各年级教研侧重点：
七年级：语音教学研究;八年级：阅读教学;九年级：初中语法整合和迎接中考对策研究。
三、 分析上学年度问题：
一是学生的基本功差，底子薄，学习兴趣不浓;二是学生的阅读量不足;三是两极分化。
四、教学研究对策：
(一)制定好预习案，为更有效的提高成绩，结合学校、学生、所学内容的特点，制定预习案，并注意其实用性，学生分组以就近原则，便于课堂学习时的“pairs, groups”活动;预习案以单元重点为主，直接附检测题，检测预习效果。
每单元一个学案，帮助学生有效的预习，每单元一个小测试，对本单元是一个有效的检测，每单元一个反思或随笔，是对每课的一次查缺补漏。

(二)调动学生积极性的同时，严格的`纪律和良好的班风是必不可少的。调动形成比、学、赶，帮，超的氛围。比只是在学生中形成良性竞争，学指跟老师学，跟同学学，赶指你追我赶形成良好的学习风气，帮指学习中结队子，成绩好的带成绩差的，超指引导学生超越自己。良好的班风，学风将是学习成绩提高的有效基础。
(三)结合学校的教研工作，经常性的集体备课，听课，评课，集思广益，促进教研工作的有效开展。同时评出优秀学案，教案进行展览，经常性的优秀课，示范课评选都会促进教研质量的提高。
(四)多开展学生课外活动：一是每学年度的英语智力竞赛;二是英语故事、演讲比赛;三是校内的学生口语考试;四是学生英文钢笔字评比展览。五是英语写作小竞赛。其中一些竞赛结合本班实际随堂进行。
