10月17日下午，学校组织了“第一次阅读和交流活动”。这项活动的主要目的是交换假期中阅读的一本名为《决定一节课的关键》的书。这次交流会议非常成功。它似乎是黑暗中的灯塔，为我们的阅读和交流提供了一个*台，解决了我在教学中的困惑。
这是我第一次参加这样的活动。起初，我不知道该和每个人交流什么。听了老师的意见后，我突然明白了很多。这让我想起了爱尔兰剧作家肖伯纳的话:“你有一个苹果，我有一个苹果，我们互相交换，而每个人仍然是一个苹果。你有一个想法，我有一个想法，我们互相交换想法，每个人可以有两个想法。”
这次阅读交流会议真的让我受益匪浅。“如何上好一堂课”的问题过去是，我只知道只要老师准备好了一堂好课就足够了。老师必须设计引导部分来吸引学生的注意力，但是在课程的后半部分效果往往和前半部分不一样。然而，通过这次交流，我了解到老师不仅要备课和挖掘教材，还要研究学生，了解他们的学习情况，根据人来教他们。此外，教师应该有能力处理课堂生成和课堂紧急情况。在课堂上，我们应该注意语言的表达，不仅生动而且容易理解。我从其他老师那里学到了一个好方法:当学生不注意的时候，我们可以讲一个小故事，做一个小游戏等等来再次激发学生的兴趣。我认为这很好。
参加这个活动后，我突然有了一个想法:我也想在课堂上开展这样的活动。学生们都在读同一本书。我可以组织学生互相阅读和交流，从而促进学生的成长，让学生养成良好的阅读习惯，让书籍的芬芳伴随学生一生。我认为这是我们每个老师的'责任。
总之，我在这项活动中真的长大了。当书被使用时，我就不那么讨厌它们了。很难知道发生了什么。“有人说要教学生一杯水，老师应该有一桶水。这当然是合理的，但是如果一桶水不加满，它就会用完。应该有“自来水”和“自来水”。问问运河在哪里如此清澈，因为那里有流动的水源。“在学习中，书籍是无声的老师。只有多读书，更多的交流才能发展得更快。
